Manually synchonizes a addressbook publication created with addressbook.publication.new(). This is required if the publication has been configured to be manually updated. However, it can also be used to force an update on publications with a scheduled update interval.
publication_id
The numerical id of the publication to update.
An error code stating the success of the command execution as detailed in ODS Error Result Codes.
